Scope
This policy covers fcahoops.com and the Full Court Analytics platform. Full Court Analytics is a basketball analytics and film service for high school and AAU programs, based in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
Game film and program data
The film you send us, and the possession data our analysts build from it, belong to your program. We use them to produce your breakdowns, clips, and reports. We do not sell them. We do not share one program's film or identifiable data with another program. The only third parties who touch them are service providers who host and process data for us, and they may use it only to perform that work.
Student athletes
Performance data about student athletes is produced on behalf of the school or program that hires us. That program decides how the data is shared with its athletes and families. We act at their direction and never use student athlete data for advertising or profiling.
Other information we hold
- Contact details for coaches and staff, including name, program, role, email, and phone, given to us directly or listed publicly by a school athletic department.
- Account records for coaches and players who use the platform.
- Server logs with IP address, browser type, and requested pages, kept for security and troubleshooting.
No payment card details are collected on this website.
What we use it for
Producing and delivering your analytics and film work, running accounts and support, sending business correspondence about the service to professional addresses, and keeping the site and platform secure. Nothing else.
Cookies
This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies. The platform uses only the cookies required to keep a signed-in session working.
How long we keep things
Program film and data are retained while your program is active with us and for a reasonable period afterward so that returning programs keep their history. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights
Ask us to show, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop emailing you, and we will do it. Email josh@fcahoops.com. Our Anti-Spam Policy covers email specifically.
